1. What the App does

Subjaroen AI reads money-transfer slips from images, extracts structured fields (amount, date, sender/receiver, etc.), and saves them in a database on your device to help you manage personal income and expenses. The App is not a financial service, a bank, or an official accounting tool.

2. Accuracy limitations

Slip data is processed by OCR and AI systems and may be inaccurate or wrong (e.g. misreading an amount, date, or name).

• You are responsible for verifying every value before relying on it.
• We are not liable for any loss or financial decision arising from data the App read incorrectly.
• The App is not a substitute for official transaction records from your bank.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Upload only slips or images you have the lawful right to use.
• Not use the App for fraud, document forgery, or any illegal activity.
• Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

4. Third-party AI processing

To read slips and answer chat messages, some data (slip images, chat messages, and a partial financial summary) is sent to external AI processors as described in our Privacy Policy. Using the App means you also accept that processing.

5. Subscriptions and payments

The App may offer paid features (e.g. an auto-renewing Pro plan):

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID under App Store terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds follow Apple's policy; we cannot directly refund App Store purchases.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its logo, and in-app content are owned by the developer (BookDopes). The slip data and images you save belong to you and always stay on your device.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from use of the App. You are responsible for backing up your own data (e.g. exporting to CSV).

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. All on-device data is removed with the App.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
